Option A: Ordering - Fill out this order form and send it by mail or fax with a purchase order number to Triune Arts. Ordered materials will be sent with an invoice for the full amount payable upon reciept. To purchase via Credit Card, go to the individual title's webpage and use the PayPal buttons.

Option B: Previewing - Fill out this order form and mail it along with cheque or money order for the shipping and handling fee to Triune Arts. There is a 21-day preview period. If you decide not to purchase, you must return the materials within 30 days of their receipt in saleable condition - otherwise an invoice for the materials sent will be issued.
